Capable mentors, advisors and non-executive directors are fundamental to the success of any business, be it a start-up or a mature public company.

Building a strong diverse board of directors with experienced and knowledgeable non-executive directors is key to the success of any company. By the same token, creating such a board can be very challenging. To that end HighTech Women has created the HighTech Women Pool of Directors.

We are growing the Pool of Directors to such a size that members and non-members of HighTech Women can have access to the types of people who will most benefit their companies.

Join the Pool

If you or someone you know would be interested in joining the HighTech Women Pool of Directors, we'd love to hear from you. If you would like to nominate someone else, please don't hesitate -- we'll get in touch with them.

If you are registered member, please send an email with a

brief description of your background and areas of expertise
details about the kind of companies you'd be interested in and companies that might be interested in you.
attach a full cv to your email.

If you are not a registered member, please go to the registration page and make a note of your interest in joining the Pool of Directors, again with some details on your areas of expertise, in the "other comments" section when you register.

Please note - sending your details to the Pool of Directors does not guarantee that you will be selected. We will make your details available to interested parties...

Draw from the Pool

If your company is looking for people to join your corporate board or you are building an advisory board, get in touch. For a small fee we will search the HighTech Women Pool of Directors, which now has senior women from many different backgrounds and experiences, including traditional retail, manufacturing, banking, bio-tech, telecoms, law, and much more. If the match is successful there will be another small fee, based on a percentage of the compensation you are giving to the person.
